Important Notice: Temporary Suspension of Order Processing Due to Cyclone Alfred

As Cyclone Alfred approaches the southeast Queensland coast and northern New South Wales, an EMERGENCY ALERT has been issued at 12.03pm, Wednesday March 5, 2025 by Brisbane City Council (refer to Queensland Police Notice).

Thursday Living (based in Brisbane) has made the difficult decision to temporarily pause order processing and shipping until it is safe to resume operations. The safety of our team, their families, and the wider community remains our highest priority.

We will recommence operations once government authorities confirm that it is safe to do so, subject to road and weather conditions. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time and will provide updates as the situation evolves.

Order Status Information

We have made every effort to dispatch as many orders as possible before the temporary closure. Please check your order status below for more details:

Dispatched – Orders with a Tracking Number

If you have received a dispatch confirmation with a tracking number, your order was shipped before closure (by 3 PM on 5 March 2025).

Please note:

• Australia Post has temporarily suspended most (if not all) operations on 6 March (Thursday) and 7 March (Friday).
• Services are expected to resume on 10 March (Monday), provided it is safe to do so.
• This means your tracking number may not show any updates until at least 48 hours after Australia Post resumes services.

We truly appreciate your patience during this period. If you would like to cancel your order, you may submit a return request, which we will process upon receiving the returned goods. Please refer to our Return & Exchange policy for details.

Pending Dispatch – Orders with a "Pending Dispatch" Status

If your order status is "Pending Dispatch", it means your order has been packed but has not yet left our warehouse. Your order remains safe and secure, and we will dispatch it as soon as we resume operations.

If you wish to cancel your order, you may submit a cancellation request, which we will process once operations resume.

Pick – Orders with a "Pick" Status

If your order status is "Pick", it means your order has been confirmed but has not yet been packed. Your order is secure in our warehouse, and we will process and dispatch it as soon as operations resume.

If you wish to cancel your order, you may submit a cancellation request, which we will process once operations resume.
