Yes, Thursday Living is an Australian company focused on helping Australians creating beautiful, happy environments by providing quality products that ultimately lift and nourish our souls.

 

WHERE ARE YOU BASED?

Brisbane! A city with amazing weather, excellent quality of life, friendly people and lots of sun:)

 

DO YOU OFFER CLICK & COLLECT?

Unfortunately, no. Thursday Living is a pureplay online home and lifestyle products retailer. We are solely online and do not have a physical showroom/pick-up point.

 

IS THURSDAY LIVING ENVIRONMENTALLY RESPONSIBLE?

Yes! We are truly committed to being environmentally responsible wherever possible, which is why we:

  • Source products that are durable and stand the test of time, reduce one-time use product selection
  • Recycle cardboard and boxes from our suppliers to pack our orders
  • Reuse plastic packing materials (including packaging beans, and air cushions) from our suppliers to pack our orders
  • Print marketing materials with recycled materials wherever possible
  • Use boxes of best fit and consciously recycle as much packaging as possible 

 

DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS FOR FIRST-TIME CUSTOMERS?

DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS FOR RETURNING CUSTOMERS?

200% YES! We love genuine reviews! We offer discount incentives when you provide a genuine review on your order. Just follow the prompts on the review request email, once the review is submitted, you will receive a discount code. Note that we are nice bunch and we believe you are too.  Any false/dishonest/abusive review will be banned, please refer to Sections 9 and 10 in our T&Cs page.

 

DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?

YES! All year round, all day, every day! No minimum spend is required!

 

DO YOU OFFER SHIP TO NEW ZEALAND?

YES! We do! $24 for standard air shipping to NZ with tracking. We use Australia Post as our carrier. Free NZ shipping for orders over $165.

 

DO YOU OFFER SHIP TO OTHER COUNTRIES?

Sorry, no. We only ship to Australia and New Zealand. 

 

WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING & DISPATCH TIMEFRAME?

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Clayfield, QLD (4011) with Australia Post and a tracking number is issued via email. We try our very best to do same day dispatch for orders before 2:30 pm on business days, but always within 48 hours. Express shipping is available for $5. You can calculate the shipping time from postcode 3228 to your postcode here.

DO YOU ACCEPT CHANGE OF MIND?

Yes! You’ll get 30 days to rearrange your home and integrate your new décor pieces as long as they are unopened and unused. If it doesn’t feel right, you can return your purchase within the time frame. Terms and conditions apply.

DO YOU OFFER AFTERPAY?

YES! At the checkout, select AfterPay as your payment method. Your items will be shipped to you immediately, just like any normal order. Pay in four payments, with no additional fees or interest when you pay on time.

To use AfterPay you must be:

  • Over 18 years of age
  • Living in Australia
  • Using an Australian debit or credit card
