PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested.
We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).

DO WE DISCLOSE ANY INFORMATION TO OUTSIDE PARTIES?
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others’ rights, property, or safety. However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.
EMAIL MARKETING AND NOTIFICATIONS
By subscribing to email marketing notifications you agree to receive recurring automated marketing messages, product review requests and shopping cart reminder messages to the email provided. We determine cart abandonment by using a cookie. Consent is not a condition of purchases. To withdraw from any marketing communications you can do so by selecting the Unsubscribe button or Update your preferences at the bottom of any marketing email. Alternatively, you can contact our customer service who will be happy to assist you. You may also opt out of receiving any marketing emails prior to purchasing on our site by simply unselecting the " Sign up to the Newsletter" at checkout.
If you wish to delete your account at Thursday Living you can by contacting our Customer Service team who are able to delete it for you. For warranties, accounting and claims purposes we will retain a record of purchases made separately.
To ensure the best possible experience when shopping and to provide information from our customers that may be beneficial to potential shoppers when browsing our website, we send a product review request email a number of days after making a purchase. This information is used to help customers by providing them user-generated content relevant to the product/s purchased from us as well as the service provided by us. Please note while we encourage our customers to submit reviews, it is completely optional and unless you opt-out by unsubscribing at the bottom of these review requests, we will not send you more than 2 emails requesting a review in relation to your order.
