Let's be honest! No one likes paying for shipping. That's why we offer free shipping on all orders all day every day in Australia!

 

ORDERS ARE DISPATCHED WITHIN TWO BUSINESS DAYS

In 99% of the cases, we get packing straight away when we get an order, except weekends and public holidays. We are running on a small team and send over a 100 parcels a week all over Australia and over 99% of orders are dispatched within 2 business days of the order being placed. We trust you understand the warehouse team are working hard to ensure you receive your order ASAP.

COVID-19 UPDATE: Please note that due to lockdowns and increase distancing & hygiene practices both in warehouse and logistics, delays may occur. We are working as hard as we can to get your order to you and appreciate your patience during this challenging time.

Every single order is picked and packed by hand at Thursday Living warehouse. We work as fast and efficiently as possible to get you your order. All orders are shipped from Clayfield, QLD (4011) with Australia Post and a tracking number is issued via email.

You will see your order status has been changed (pick, pack and despatch) when you log in to your customer account. If you do not receive your tracking number in the email, have any further queries or need us to follow up on your order please shoot us an email to admin@thursdayliving.com.au.

 

DELIVERY TIMEFRAME

Please allow approximately 3-8 business days for standard delivery depending on where you are in Australia. For Northern Territory and regional Western Australia customers, please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery. You can get a delivery estimate from Australia Post here.

 

EXPRESS AUSTRALIA POST SERVICE

Need it faster? We offer Express Post Australia wide with Australia Post for just $5 to all postal addresses in Australia. Express delivery usually takes up to 1-4 business days for the majority of metropolitan locations across Australia. With express shipping, your order is picked and despatched as a priority.

Please note that we cannot guarantee a specified delivery time as postal delays may occur.

For Western Australia and Northern Territory Customers: Please allow additional time for delivery if you are outside the Australia Post National Express Network. For customers in Perth, the Australia Post Express Network only covers the postcodes 6000-6005 and 6800-6899.

 

WHERE DO YOU DELIVER FROM?

We deliver from our warehouse in Clayfield, Brisbane QLD. Please note that this is Warehouse Only with No Showroom. We do not offer click and collect at the stage.

 

WHAT IF I AM NOT HOME WHEN MY ORDER ARRIVES?

Your parcel will be left in a safe place if one is available, or a calling card left and the parcel is taken to a nearby Post Office if no safe place is available.

 

HOW DO I TRACK MY PARCEL?
