Discover the rich colorways of the Toki Iro Reversible Furoshiki series. This Rikyubai (Japanese plum) furoshiki has a particular refinement that you can enjoy for years. It is reversible so you can enjoy different effects, with one side patterned and the other side plain to suit your mood!
Features the Rikyu Plum pattern, a traditional Japanese pattern often used as a motif in tea ceremony materials, in purple against a navy background. Blooming fragrantly in the midst of the cold winter, the plum flower is a lucky symbol of perseverance and integrity.
This particular furoshiki is made with "Chirimen (crepe)". Chirimen is a type of traditional Japanese textile, it has a peculiar unevenness to the touch. It is popular and considered a typical expression of Japan and of Furoshiki. This series is 100% polyester and washable at home. This design uses four seasons motifs which allows a choice of different faces for wrappings.

Note: Small black spots can be seen on the fabric of this series, but they are left behind because the cotton has not been bleached to preserve its natural colour. Please enjoy them as the charm of natural materials.
