This furoshiki features Sakura (cherry blossom) flowers adorning a lively retro pattern backdrop. The Modern Girl furoshiki series is a reimagination of patterns that were popular amongst 'Modern' girls during the Taisho period (1912-1926) in Japan. The designs were popular amongst girls who loved to traditional kimono with a pop of colours. The fabric is made of 100% cotton which has a reasonably firm texture and is easy to use. This Furoshiki is suitable for any celebrations and will be great to wrap gifts for someone or converting it into a carry bag.

Note: Small black spots can be seen on the fabric of this series, but they are left behind because the cotton has not been bleached to preserve its natural colour. Please enjoy them as the charm of natural materials.
