This hand-cranked machine is a sturdy tool for creating fresh pasta dough, both quickly and efficiently. Whether you prefer traditional semolina flour, egg or even gluten free, there's just nothing like homemade pasta. It includes attachments for cutting 6mm fettuccine and 1.5mm linguine. Alternatively, roll out flat sheets for homemade lasagna or cut into shapes for filled pastas, like ravioli. Box includes manual with pasta dough recipe.
