Due to the handmade nature and the design of these products, no two pieces are identical. Photos are taken from the actual product. The glaze, colours, shape, size and texture of each piece might vary. It is normal to have slightly uneven glaze and air bubbles (e.g. tiny holes/various speckles etc) appeared on the ceramic pieces.

Since we would love you to have a peace of mind, we offer a 30 days return policy accepts exchange/refund request if the goods are of:
- unacceptable quality (i.e. faulty);
- are damaged during transit;
